Tandem Events has tweaked the format for this year's Develop:Brighton conference, spreading the main event over the full three-day period.
Previously, the first day of the annual event was actually a separate one-day conference entitled Evolve, exploring the possibilities afforded by new technologies and business models.
Now Tandem has announced Evolve will become a track within Develop:Brighton and the main conference will run across all three days - this year, starting on Tuesday July 10th and running until Thursday July 12th.
Evolve will be one of eight tracks at this year's conference, alongside Design, Art, Audio, Business, Coding, Indie and new topic Discoverability.
Tandem MD Andy Lane said the changes allow the organisers to "offer more content and choice across all three days", making it easier for attendees to "focus on the topics that really matter to them."
On the new Discoverability track, he said: ""Each year, we always strive to deliver a programme that is relevant and insightful to today's development community. With more developers self-publishing, discoverability is an issue many come across. Our new Discoverability track is aimed at helping those who have great ideas get noticed and nurture their community."
The call for speaker submissions is now open, with a deadline of Wednesday, March 14th to submit your proposals. Details on the tracks and what is expected from speakers can be found at www.developconference.com.
The Develop:Brighton conference will return this July, and will once again be held at the Hilton Brighton Metropole.
