Watch the 2020 BAFTA Games Awards here

Livestream kicks off at 7.30pm BST tonight, will feature acceptance videos from all the winners

The 2020 BAFTA Games Awards will be hosted tonight as a digital event, and you can watch the whole thing right here.

As previously announced, the ceremony has been converted to an online livestream amid social distancing efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

It will be broadcasted via YouTube, Twitch, Facebook and Twitter, starting from 7.30pm BST tonight.

The awards will be hosted once again by comedian Dara O'Briain, who will be presenting the awards from his basement in full black tie, according to the BBC.

All nominees have been asked to record acceptance speeches in order to keep the winners a secret. There will also be a video from this year's Fellowship recipient Hideo Kojima.

Kojima's latest blockbuster Death Stranding goes head to head with Remedy's Control tonight, as each games earned 11 nominations across the various categories this year.

YouTubers Ali-A and Clare will also be online to present the EE Mobile Game of the Year Award, which has been voted for by the public.

There will even be a virtual red carpet, with presenter Elle Osili-Wood interviewing various nominees and familiar faces from the games industry in the run-up to the awards.

Industry members are encouraged to dress up in the outfits they would have worn to tonight's ceremony, sharing them via the Twitter hashtag #BAFTABlackTie.
