Glu Mobile makes Deloitte growth list again
Publisher ranks 129th in top 500 following 1178% revenue growth in 5 years
Glu Mobile has been ranked 129th in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 today, following revenue growth in the past five years of 1178 per cent.
The company, which publishes games for mobile phones worldwide, has seen its income rise sharply since 2004, something which CEO Greg Ballard attributes to the firm's focus on high quality and delivering games to all platforms.
"Glu has proven that it can not only create quality games, but also stay significant and successful in a rapidly changing market," he said in a statement, following the announcement.
And Deloitte & Touche's managing partner for Technology and Venture Capital Services, Mark Jensen, added: "With its impressive five-year growth, Glu has earned its position among the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. "Deloitte is proud to honour Glu for its achievement."
Glu has some history in the top 500 list, ranking in 7th place last year, but increased competition saw it fall this year.
