GamesIndustry.biz Game Changers nominations now open

We'll be kicking off 2023 with a deeper dive into the individuals and organisations working to make the games industry a better place

Nominations are now open for the next round of Game Changers – and this time, we're doing things a little differently.

In case you've missed this series in previous years, Game Changers is our look at the unsung heroes – both individuals and organisations – from across the games industry trying to make it a better place for everyone, as nominated by their peers.

For the first two years, we ran a series of short profiles on those who made the final list, giving you a brief insight into their impact on the industry. This year, we aim to dig deeper.

The chosen Game Changers will each be featured in a full-length interview offering a better look at the work they're doing and how the industry can offer better support. These will run throughout January 2023, and we have plans to expand the series beyond this.

We'd like your help in identifying those that should be profiled as GamesIndustry.biz Game Changers.

We're looking for any people or groups that are going the extra mile to improve diversity, accessibility, mental health, healthy community building and more. This is open to folks from every walk of life and in every corner of the world – just tell us what they're doing to create a fairer, more inclusive industry.

If you know someone that belongs in our Game Changers, email gamechangers@gamesindustry.biz. Send us a few paragraphs explaining who they are, what they've done to inspire your nomination, and (if available) links to where we might find out more about them and their work.

Nominations will close on Monday, November 7.

For a better idea of the type of people we're looking for, why not check out the GamesIndustry.biz Game Changers for 2020 and 2021.
