GAMEVIL USA's Android line-up

Starts with Baseball Superstars 2008, Path of the Warrior, Super Boom Boom and Skipping Stone IQ.

Los Angeles, CA.,—February 17th, 2009—GAMEVIL USA, the LA-based mobile games publisher, today announced their plans to initially launch 4 titles, Baseball Superstars 2008, Path of the Warrior, Super Boom Boom, and Skipping Stone IQ, for the Android Market..

“We have been paying close attention to the Android Market since its first launch back in December of last year. We believe that the Android platform has enormous potential for growth, and that this is a very exciting moment for many publishers around the world. We are releasing a wide range of games such as Action, RPG, Casual, and Puzzle games. We want to make sure that we can respond to all the cravings of G1 users.” says Eusoon Han, marketing manager at GAMEVIL USA.

GAMEVIL’s Baseball Superstars series is the world’s best selling baseball game on mobile with over 8 million copies sold since its launch back in 2000. In Baseball Superstars 2008, a full featured arcade-style baseball game, players can choose between 4 games modes: Exhibition Mode, Season Mode, My League Mode, and Mission Mode, and build their player and team to become the league champion.

Path of a Warrior is the largest mobile MMORPG network game with over 40,000 current registered users. The game offers over 100 missions and 40 alternative endings. Over 5,000 users connect daily, and around 10,000 network duals and missions are played daily.

A trial version of both games, Baseball Superstars 2008 and Path of a Warrior, have been on the top 20 game list in the Android Market ever since its release back in December. Now, the full version of the games will be available for the first time to G1 users.

Super Boom Boom is GAMEVIL’s best selling one-button casual game about pirates looking for treasure in a deserted island. The objective is to launch the cannon upwards at the precise timing to transfer bombs in order to destroy the towers that are protecting the treasure.

Skipping Stone IQ is a classic puzzle game with 100 levels to complete. In a square grip with empty spots, players have to move around and throw a rock to fill in the spots. The game requires some thinking and careful planning to complete.

All games are scheduled to start service as the Android Market starts to support paid apps. GAMEVIL USA is planning on releasing at least two more titles by the first half of this year, and will continue its support for the Android platform.
