EGX Rezzed 2019 sees return of Epic's Powered by Unreal Engine zone

Unreal Engine devs exhibiting at the London show next March eligible to have their space doubled

Epic Games' "Powered by Unreal Engine" zone will return for EGX Rezzed 2019, the third consecutive year that it has appeared at the London game event.

The partnership between Epic and EGX Rezzed organiser Gamer Network first started in 2017. It gives any Unreal Engine developers exhibiting at the event an opportunity to have their space doubled, courtesy of Epic.

"Rezzed has such a unique atmosphere, created by a knowledgeable and passionate audience who love games in all their guises," said Mike Game, Epic's head of games licensing EMEA, in a statement.

"Our 'Powered by Unreal Engine' zone provides developers with the opportunity to promote and test new ideas, build a following and achieve momentum. There's nothing like it and we love it."

EGX Rezzed 2019 will be the eighth edition of the show, and also the biggest, with extra space available to developers seeking to make contact with gamers and build an audience for their games.

It will be held at London's Tobacco Dock from April 4 to 6, 2019. EGX Rezzed 2019 is also the closing event of the London Games Festival, which spans 13-days and multiple events across the UK's capital.

EGX Rezzed is organised by Gamer Network, the parent company of GamesIndustry.biz.
