WorldWinner and MSN Extend Relationship to Provide Tournaments on MSN Games

Seattle and Newton, Mass. - July 17, 2007 - WorldWinner today announced at the CGA Casual Connect Seattle conference that it has renewed a multi-year exclusive deal with Microsoft to provide skill-based game tournaments for cash and prizes on MSN Games ( http://games.msn.com). Under the terms of the agreement, WorldWinner will be the sole provider of online skill-based games for the MSN Games website in the U.S. and will host a customized, co-branded Web site, located at http://msn.worldwinner.com, where gamers can compete against thousands of players in the WorldWinner network.
