PSP screen-enhancer gets further US and Canadian distribution.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LOS ANGELES, CA (MAY, 2010) – Seeking to expand the successful US launch of its depth-enhancing V-Screen for Sony® PSP™ RealView Innovations, a developer of optical technology located in Ireland, has announced that it has signed Victory Multimedia to represent its line of products to the top distributors in the U.S. and Canada. Victory Multimedia specializes in bringing consumer electronics, video games, music, and dvd products to market through a variety of distribution partners such as D&H, Synnex, and Ingram.

RealView released the V-Screen earlier this year at CES, receiving a tremendous amount of critical praise. In fact, the V-Screen was referred to as one of the “Hottest Gadgets” by numerous media outlets including the Washington Post, CBS News and ABC News. In mid 2010, RealView will be launching several iterations of its patented depth-enhancing technology including a version for Nintendo® DSiXL™, a 22” Deep Screen as well as a 32” Deep Screen in the back half of the year.

RealView has aligned their channel strategy with Victory Multimedia to strengthen its presence in the United States and to gain greater market exposure of RealView products in the consumer electronics, computer, and video games space.

Victory Multimedia is adept at partnering with existing and new manufacturers of emerging technology, thereby opening new channel opportunities to each manufacturer. Likewise, large distributors interested in representing new technology and products by lesser-known manufacturers often rely on Victory to protect their interests while expanding their offering of new innovative products.

Tod Musgrave, RealView’s Director of Marketing & Sales, North America stated: “Victory Multimedia brings a business model to the table that works, as well as a wealth of supply chain relationships which will strengthen and expand our exposure for the V-Screen as well as future product releases currently in development.” Continued Musgrave: “It’s encouraging to see distributors and buyers getting excited about new technology and innovation. RealView’s V-Screen offers something truly new that enhances the visual experience and brings excitement with deeper, more exhilarating gameplay to the PSP.”
