ÜberStrategist snags marketing firm VirTasktic

VirTasktic CEO Carolyn Crummey steps into the role of ÜberStrategist’s chief marketing officer

Video games marketing firm ÜberStrategist announced that it's acquired VirTasktic.

The marketing services provider was founded in 2011 by CEO Carolyn Crummey and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

With the acquisition VirTasktic will be folded into ÜberStrategist and expand its business operations.

"VirTasktic is a passionate and highly creative expert in content and email marketing, services that many of our clients have expressed an interest in," said UberStrategist founder and president Mario R. Kroll.

"Acquiring their staff and client roster not only bolsters our revenue but adds a tremendous depth of knowledge and operational excellence to our newly combined team."

Additionally, Crummey has been named as ÜberStrategist's chief marketing officer.

Meanwhile Kimberly Massi, who previously served as VirTasktic's director of client services, has been appointed to director of operations.

Among the new leadership additions Jessica Timms was also promoted to director of public relations services.
