Twitch signs exclusive deal with CohhCarnage

Variety streamer agrees to multi-year pact that will have him livestreaming full-time on the platform

Variety streamer Ben "CohhCarnage" Cassell today announced that he has signed a new multi-year deal with Twitch to livestream exclusively on the Amazon-owned platform.

Cassell has amassed more than 1.3 million followers in his seven-plus years on Twitch, where he streamed for 2,000 consecutive days before taking a day off last year.

He was also named a member of Twitch's Safety Advisory Council when that was announced in May.

"As part of my ongoing journey with Twitch, I will likely be incorporating new features over time - from new extensions to new ways to interact with all of my fans," Cassell said. "I want to help amplify great creators on Twitch and I know there are many. Re-signing with Twitch allows me stability and access to new opportunities that are in the works - I can't wait to share those with my community!"

While Twitch has locked up livestreaming exclusivity, Cassell will continue to post videos after the fact to his YouTube channel.
