Toronto-based mobile content technology provider Tira Wireless has opened a new office in Los Angeles with a view to attracting more clients from the entertainment industry.
The company's proprietary Tira Jump Product Suite is designed to allow mobile publishers, operators and developers to bring content to market quickly and efficiently. More than 50 per cent of mobile games publishers, including Disney Mobile, Sony Pictures Mobile, THQ Wireless and Namco, already use Tira Jump technology.
"Los Angeles is one of the key centers of the global entertainment industry and that industry is embracing mobile in a big way," said business development VP Matt Golden.
"Opening an office in LA further strengthens our commitment to this growing market."
