Take-Two signs new deal with Mastertronic

Budget PC game publisher Mastertronic has signed a new deal with Take-Two Interactive that will see another batch of titles released under the M.A.D., PC Gamer and Sold Out value labels.

Budget PC game publisher Mastertronic has signed a new deal with Take-Two Interactive that will see another batch of titles released under the M.A.D., PC Gamer and Sold Out value labels.

This isn't the first time the two companies have teamed up, having previously agreed a six year partnership deal. Under the new agreement, Mastertronic will re-publish titles such as Railroad Tycoon 3, Civilization III Complete and Vietcong Purple Haze.

"We trust Mastertronicâs knowledge and understanding of the value sector and are confident that they can assist us prolong our products life at retail, and help increase our market share," commented Take-Two's Serhad Koro.

Mastertronic sales director Peter Ball added: "With Take-Twoâs fantastic games and our unique distribution reach and retail ranging, we are sure to railroad any other value publishers off course."
