Serious Games Sessions returns to Europe

Lyon Game and the Rhone-Alpes Digital Agency have announced the return of the Serious Games Sessions Europe

Lyon Game and the Rhone-Alpes Digital Agency have announced the return of the Serious Games Sessions Europe.

For the third year in a row, international experts are teaming up to provide insight and advice on the promotion of serious gaming interests.

"Up to now serious games have not been considered as being of international importance. Serious Games started with American simulation tools, before moving on to training and learning applications developed by local authorities," explained Phillipe Renaudin, head of Lyon Game.

"However, their huge potential [is] now a driving force [in] the international market as well."

This year's advisors include Ben Sawyer, CEO of Digitalmill (US), Simon Egenfeld-Nielsen, CEO of Serious Games Interactive (Scandinavia), Kenin Corti, CEO of PixeLearning (UK), and Steffen Waltz, CEO of playbe (Switzerland).

The event will take place on December 3rd in Lyon, France.
