Sci-Fi London 2010

April/May's event seeking games industry sponsors.

The 9th London International Festival of Science Fiction and Fantastic Film are looking for games sponsors. Would you like to follow in the footsteps of EA, Vivendi Universal Games, Jowood, Alienware and Eidos?

Key sponsors to the festival can take advantage of the promotional activity leading up to the event (SCI-FI-LONDON), participate in the event itself and also have the chance to carry activity and messages on to our ‘mini festival’ held each October (The SCI-FI-LONDON: Oktoberfest)

Sponsorship packages include:

1. Your logo (or product logo) on all marketing materials produced for the 2010 festival

2. Weblinks and banners on the SFL website (can run for upto 10 months)

3. Sampling in our all-nighter and other special event goody bags

4. Catalogue and/or vouchers around the venues and points of information

5. Inside back and front cover full page adverts in the festival programme (colour a5)

6. Tagged and promoted as our official partner (we also issue a press release accordingly}

7. Several product or offer promotions in our newsletter in the run up to the April festival

8. SFL will organise a ‘sponsor/product screening’ of a movie picked to compliment message

9. SFL promote partners across our social media networks, facebook, twitter etc

10. Opportunity to brand/decorate the entire venue with product messages

11. In-cinema advertising before each screening

12. Logo present in all cinema screens

13. Opportunity for sampling and demos at venue and in screenings

14. Use of the venue during a weekday of the festival for press/trade promotion

15. Access to VIPs visiting the event

16. Tickets to premieres for staff and competitions

17. Tagging of all SFL advertising (via our partner Imagine Publishing)

18. Opportunity to place ‘gamepods’ or computer stations for demoing product

19. Introduction to other sponsors and active cross-promotion encouraged

20. Presence on festival questionnaire and audience sampling

21. Opportunity to be a sponsor to festival awards
