QPAD announces CSS Q|CUP 1vs1 at LAN79

Next weekend between the 4th to 6th of May, QPAD together with its partners Intel, Sennheiser Communications, Logitech and LAN79 are proud to present the first CS:S 1 vs 1 Q|CUP. This will be a side event at LAN79 in the complex of Bocapole, Bressuire France. More then 500 gamers will gather there to play in the CS:S competitions. LAN79 will be offering 8.500 euros in cash prizes and 13.000 euros in hardware prizes for the Top3 best European 5 vs 5 CS:S teams on location.

The CS:S Q|CUP 1 vs 1 will reward the winner with 4000 euros in product prizes, including the brand new Intel Core 2 Extreme "The World's Best Gaming Processor" and products from Logitech, Sennheiser & QPAD. The CS:S 1 vs 1 Q|CUP @ LAN79 will host 128 players in a single elimination bracket. First to 10 frags wins the match. From the quarter finals on, the matches will be played first to 20 best out of 3 rounds.
