The default Newcastle to York route in the European version of RailWorks and Rail Simulator is based around the route as it existed in the 1970s. This all-new route brings it bang up to date with a completely re-worked track layout, overhead power masts and cables, revised speed limits, updated signalling, and appropriate modernisation of the scenery along the route. Each station incorporates modern platform allocations, and is bought to life with a wealth of atmospheric detail. With eight immersive scenarios and four new liveries for the HST, this fantastic package is a must-have for virtual rail enthusiasts.
The download version is now on sale at £19.66 and the suggested retail price for the boxed version (release date 27th November) is £24.45.
