Moonscoop And Overloaded Launch Funky Cops(TM) Wireless Games

Paris, France, 19 September 2005 - Leading kids and animation company Moonscoop and Overloaded, a leading developer and publisher of video games for mobile phones, have signed a deal for the development and exploitation of wireless games based on the hit animated television series Funky CopsTM. The agreement was negotiated through specialist media mobile agency TV For Mobile.

The first Funky CopsTM mobile game (Funky CopsTM Disco Pinball) will be available for download to mobile phones in September 2005 and available at operators and mobile portals around the world. The Funky CopsTM mobile games will be supported by additional downloads, ranging from wallpapers, funky realtones and mobile video downloads.

Axel Dauchez, CEO MoonScoop said: "Funky CopsTM is ideal for gaming and its strong (pre)teen fan base are high users of mobile phones so we believe this is a perfect fit. We are delighted to be working with Overloaded and TV For Mobile to develop the brand in this arena. The deal is part of our strategy to expand the reach of our brands into new markets."

Aimed at 8 - 12 year olds, FUNKY COPSTM (39x26' TV series) follows the adventures of Ace and Jack, two incompetent cops who swap the mean streets for disco beats at night. FUNKY COPSTM embraces 70's and 80's nostalgia, mixing the cool and classic themes and tunes of these decades with recognizable contemporary references. The mobile games will echo the design, music and themes of the television series and be targeted at the 10-15 aged market.

Ashu Mathura, Managing Director Overloaded: "Based on Funky CopsTM we plan to launch multiple games in the coming years. We are very confident that the combination of downloadable games, accompanied with funky realtones, wallpapers and mobile video clips will appeal to gamers everywhere. Funky CopsTM games will be among the first mobile games out there where music will play a key role within the games and gameplay".

Claire Leproust, CEO and founder of TV For Mobile, said: "Now that animated series is spreading out successfully their brand and characters on mobile, it is a great pleasure to have created a link between Moonscoop and Overloaded to provide Funky Cops original mobile games that will be just a Phenomenon for the mobile gamers! That's all what we wish and believe!"

Funky Cops TM airs on Jetix Europe, Fox Box US, Fox Kids Latin America, MTV and M6 / W9 (new TNT Channel) and was awarded Best European Program in 2003 at Cartoons on the Bay.
