Midnight Gaming Championship

Arrives at Philadelphia and the East Coast this Saturday.

SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS (August 27, 2009) – The Midnight Gaming Championship (MGC) presented by McDonald’s, will be descending on Philadelphia and the East Coast beginning this Saturday, August 29th for three weekends of gaming and entertainment. A full schedule of times and locations is available at midnightgamingchampionship.com and gamers are encouraged to register in advance.

MGC offers gaming tournaments on XBOX and Wii systems and provides its national partners, like McDonald’s, iPlay Mobile Gaming, Warheads, Southwest Airlines and AT&T, sampling, branding and other youth marketing opportunities.

“We are excited that McDonald’s is bringing MGC to this marketplace,” says Blake Pettigrew of Major Gaming Championship. “Philadelphia is one of the largest gaming communities in the U.S. and is known for its competitive gamers,” adds Pettigrew.

Competitions will take place at various McDonald’s locations where participants will compete to win cash and prizes. Registration begins at 5 p.m. and the tournament begins at 8 p.m. at the following locations:

September 19 – 1232 Franklin Mills Circle, Philadelphia, PA19154

MGC will serve up an impressive line-up of games – Guitar Hero World Tour, Madden NFL 09, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and iPlay Fast and Furious – providing the hottest titles and best competition in the market today.
