Metroid: Other M

Arrives in Europe next week.

No need to wait any longer for the next instalment in one of the most legendary action adventure series in video game history. Metroid: Other M, the stunning collaboration between Team NINJA and the creators of the original Metroid, launches across Europe for Wii on 3rd September 2010.

Your adventure as dynamic heroine Samus Aran begins when you pick up an unidentified distress signal. Landing your spaceship and boarding the troubled mysterious decommissioned facilities will throw you headfirst into a gripping story that will have you struggling to take your eyes from the screen as the action unfolds and the true sense of Samus’s character is unfolded. The deeper you delve into the inside of the facilities, the more story is revealed – and the harder it will be to put your Wii controller down.

Combining frantic 2D platform gameplay with the ability to switch to first-person perspective and look through Samus’s eyes at any point you want, Metroid: Other M is unlike any Metroid game you will have played before. But it retains the deep sense of atmosphere and emphasis on exploration that helped make the series so iconic across the world and sell over 15 million games worldwide.

With new moves, weapons, environments and characters, this game is perfect for Metroid fans and people who have yet to immerse themselves in the world of Samus. Whichever camp you fall into, you don’t have to wait any longer. Metroid: Other M launches for Wii across Europe on 3rd September 2010.
