Clover: A Curious Tale

Binary Tweed's water-coloured political platform puzzler available now from assorted download portals.

3 MARCH 2010 LEAMINGTON SPA, UK: Brought to you by Blitz 1UP and Binary Tweed, water-coloured political platform puzzler Clover: A Curious Tale is now available on GetGamesGo, GameStreamer, GamersGate and also directly from Blitz 1UP at www.blitz1up.com/Clover

An updated version of XBLIG favourite and critically acclaimed title Clover, Clover: A Curious Tale is bigger, better and a load more bang for your buck. The new and enhanced version invites players to put their puzzle-solving skills to the test by confronting the mysteries of its fascinating Tudor-style world.

Players must help orphaned teenager Sam find out more about the events surrounding a shock attack on the proud nation of Sanha, which resulted in his mother’s tragic death. Be warned though: even if Sam works out the mysteries that surround him, the answers he receives may challenge his beliefs forever.

Clover: A Curious Tale capitalises on the strengths of the XBLIG version with new and unique features:

• No player death, lives or health bars

• Fantastic reworked piano music and all new voice-acted dialogue

• More than 175MB of hand-painted watercolour artwork

• New graphics and effects and an unlockable artwork gallery

• Improved animation

• New intro, endings, extra puzzles and additional characters

• New context sensitive controls.

Chris Swan, Business Development Director for Blitz Arcade, says: “Partnering with Binary Tweed on this new version of Clover: A Curious Tale has been great. Everyone on the team has worked really hard to expand and polish the experience that players loved on Xbox Live Indie Games, and we think the final results speak for themselves.”
