Canadian studios sign for GamesIndustry.biz Career Fair
Last few places remain as October event nears capacity
The Canadian games business will have a strong presence at this year's GamesIndustry.biz Career Fair, as four companies prepare to exhibit at the event this October.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night developer Other Ocean Interactive has signed up for the event, as has Damnation outfit Fog Studios.
Nexon's development team Humanature Studios will also be exhibiting at the event, along with the government initiative Prince Edward Island Population Secretariat, responsible for attracting talent to the region.
"It's great to be able to provide the arena for international companies to recruit and meet potential employees face-to-face," commented Richard Sturgess, trade advertising manager for GamesIndustry.biz.
"With the event nearing capacity, the GamesIndustry.biz Career Fair is proving to be essential for those serious about a professional career in videogames, whether entering the industry for the first time or looking to further their prospects."
Other companies signed for the event, running October 28 and 29 at the Old Truman Brewery in London, include Crytek, Amiqus, Relentless and Rebellion.
