ByteBrew raises $4m in seed funding round

Konvoy Venture's Taylor Hurst joins the analytics company's board of directors

Mobile game analytics company ByteBrew announced that it has raised $4 million in a seed funding round.

It was led by investment firm Konvoy. The round included participation from Valhalla Ventures and Node Ventures.

ByteBrew said that the funding will go towards growing its workforce and technology development.

The company was established in 2019 by CEO Cameron Hozouri and chief operating officer Kian Hozouri, and is based in San Diego, California. Its platform offers data such as retention analytics, monetization metrics, and player progression information.

"We built ByteBrew to re-define what is considered industry standard for game developers, so developers can stop paying for expensive services with complex integrations that leave their data siloed in multiple segmented platforms," said Kian Hozouri.

Additionally, it was announced that Konvoy Venture's Taylor Hurst will be joining ByteBrew’s board of directors.
