In this strategy tycoon game, you must tick off each objective on your list to get the job done on time and on budget in the goal-based Career Mode. Buy and build luxury apartments, cinemas, shops, amusement parks and more. Boost your rental income by upgrading houses, or free up more cash by selling hot properties for profit. Meet each of the requirements of a level to continue – do it quickly enough and you’ll earn an Expert bonus!
Feeling the pressure? Switch to Sandbox Mode and create your own dream town. Build what you like, where you like in six idyllic locations. Your objectives this time are simple – earn a certain amount of money to progress. Make your neighbourhood the place to be and watch your bank balance rocket!
Both modes include a High Score system, so build up the most lucrative empire you can in the shortest time and see your name appear in the hall of fame.
Make sure you keep an eye on the time though, or you’ll be building and renovating until the cows come home!
