BAFTA Surgeries confirmed for GamesIndustry.biz Career Fair

Industry professionals wanted for face-to-face time with students and career starters

The GamesIndustry.biz Career Fair is to host two days of BAFTA Surgeries, where industry professionals will offer advice to those seeking employment in the games business.

BAFTA is currently seeking help from established professionals in design, music, programming and art to take part, offering practical advice to small groups of four students or career starters at a time.

Those interested are being asked to offer two hours of their time, and should contact Ana Smith at BAFTA for more information on 07970 973629 or anas@bafta.org

The GamesIndustry.biz Career Fair takes place at the Old Truman Brewery in London on October 28 and 29.

Exhibitors already confirmed for the event include Crytek, Ubisoft, Rebellion, Kuju and Microsoft Game Studios. Those wishing to attend can register for tickets here, and are being asked to contribute GBP 5 to the GamesAid charity.
