Come and chat with industry peers at 'Just Another GDC Party'

The event is due this week

GDC is back as a digital event this week, but it means another year without randomly chatting to folks in the Gardens, the various hotel bars or the numerous industry events.

Therefore, we have once again teamed up with Games Industry Gathering, plus the folks at MeetToMatch - The San Francisco Edition, to host yet another networking event: Just Another GDC Party.

The show takes place this Friday (July 23), and industry professionals can sign up for free right here.

This week's event follows our E3 special gathering: The JW. Like that event, this is a Zoom networking affair where every 20 minutes you're put into a randomised group with four or five professionals in the games industry. Turn up at any point, leave whenever you want, it's super relaxed with a 'host' available at all times to make sure you're looked after. You'll connect with people you may not typically meet, find new opportunities to socialise, and maybe even have some interesting business discussions.

The Games Industry Gathering was started at the start of the pandemic and has grown to 3,000 members worldwide. You can read more about it here

The event starts at 11am (PDT), 2pm (EDT), 7pm (BST), 8pm (CEST) and 4am (AEST) and runs for 12 hours. So there are plenty of opportunities to take part, no matter where you are in the world.

You can register right here.
