We interviewed employees at the No.1 games companies in the UK

In the wake of stories about crunch, mass layoffs and unfriendly working environments, it might seem like video games is not a great place to be.

But actually, that's not true everywhere. In fact, last week we identified 19 games companies in the UK who are pretty great places to work. Companies who are diverse, stable, rewarding and avoid overtime and crunch at all costs.

To kick off last week's Best Places To Work Awards, we pulled together a video featuring many of the winners who discuss what makes them race into the office on a Monday morning. We played the video ahead of last Friday's awards ceremony, and now we have it ready for you to enjoy, too.
