Mobile developer to increase team and create "social experiences for casual gamers"

Mobile games developer UnusuAll today announced that it raised €3 million ($3.5 million) in a seed funding round.

The round was led by Garena and UnusuAll said the investment will be used to expand the studio's team.

Additionally, the developer aims to create "social experiences for casual gamers."

"We are an unusual company, and our games will be unusual too," said CEO and co-founder of UnusuAll David Picon.

"UnusuAll's team experience will allow us to create innovative games for casual players by delivering deeper and highly accessible social game experiences."

Founded in 2020 and based in Spain, UnusuAll was founded by Picon, creative director Olga del Pozo, and design director Fatima Monllor.

Picon had previously served as head of studio for mobile entertainment company King for three years.

Prior to signing on with UnusuAll, del Pozo was creative director and co-founder of entertainment platform Nonoan Interactive for 12 years.

Before establishing the studio, Monllor was principal games designer at King for seven years.
