TimeFly formed by Rainbow Studios vets

Three former employees of Rainbow Studios have founded an independent development company named TimeFly

Three industry veterans formerly associated with Rainbow Studios have announced the formation of an independent game development company named TimeFly Studios.

Brad Ruminer, Dennis Booth and Glenn O'Bannon plan to develop games based on licensed property as well as original game concepts and have been licensed for development by Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo.

"We have industry-standard pay and benefits plus some perks right now that very few small companies can provide," said O'Bannon, TimeFly's vice president.

"And one of our founding principles is to maintain a fun family atmosphere no matter how big we get. We want people to have a blast working here!"

O'Bannon, Booth, and Ruminer have a combined development experience of over 30 years as engineers, artists, designers, managers and directors. At Rainbow Studios, they contributed to the development of Motocross Madness, ATV Offroad Fury, Splashdown, MX vs. ATV and Disney/Pixar's Cars videogames.

"It's important for today's games to look and sound amazing, but looks alone aren't enough," said Booth, TimeFly's president. "Our games will focus on gameplay first, to be supported and enhanced by spectacular visuals and audio."
