THE GOTHAM GROUP AND UNION ENTERTAINMENT FORM STRATEGIC ALLIANCE TO PRODUCE VIDEO GAMES, ANIMATED SERIES AND FEATURE FILMS

(Los Angeles, CA; November 15, 2006) -- The Gotham Group, the premier management and production firm for animation and family entertainment, and Union Entertainment, an innovative video game talent management and production company, have formed a strategic alliance by which the two companies will increase access to cross-industry opportunities.

The announcement was made today by Gotham Group CEO/founder Ellen Goldsmith-Vein and Union Entertainment President Richard Leibowitz. The arrangement builds on the companies' three year professional relationship.

"The clear overlap between Union's impressive work in the video game world and Gotham's expertise in the animation, film and television worlds, has led our companies to collaborate to mutual advantage on various projects in the past," said Goldsmith-Vein. "This alliance will further that success."

"The Gotham/Union alliance is our answer to the Gotham clients who see video games as a natural extension of their talents, as well as to the game creators we work with whose properties should be exploited in film and television," said Leibowitz.
