The Division beats EA UFC 2 to hold UK #1

Ubisoft's new IP enjoys a second week at the top

Tom Clancy's The Division held on to the top spot in the UK last week, fending off challenges from EA Sports UFC 2 and Nintendo's Pokkén Tournament.

The Division claimed the number one spot for Ubisoft last week, one of many successful launches that contributed to its $330 million across five days worldwide. Since then, reviews of the game have started to surface, with its Metacritic averages settling at around 80 per cent.

The week wasn't entirely bereft of new releases either, with EA Sports UFC 2 only making it to second place. Nintendo's Pokkén Tournament finished in third as that rarest of beasts - a new release for Wii U.
