Rock Band Unplugged

Five new tracks from artists including Stevie Ray Vaughan and R.E.M. added to the music store.

Guildford, UK. – July 09, 2009 - Harmonix and MTV Games today announced five new tracks available for download in the Rock Band Unplugged in-game music store for the PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system. These additions bring the current total number of songs available in the Rock Band Unplugged music store to 19.

This latest update brings another wide variety of musical genres to the game, including country music trio The Dixie Chicks, electric blues guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan and alternative rock groups R.E.M. and The Pixies.

Rock Band Unplugged features the first in-game store for downloadable content on the PSP system in the North American and European markets, leveraging the PSP system’s wireless capabilities. The in-game store is powered by the PlayStation®Network. Players can simply sign in to the in-game music store using their existing PlayStation Network account to purchase and download new tracks straight on their PSP system. PSP system owners can also purchase tracks via the PlayStation®Store on their PC and then download them to their device.

Rock Band Unplugged is available for the PSP® (PlayStation® Portable) system.

Rock Band Unplugged is rated "T" for Teen (lyrics, suggestive themes) by the ESRB. The ESRB does not rate online downloads.
