Also, the demo allows them to test how well the full version of Risen will run on their PCs.

The Risen demo that accompanies the new RPG from Piranha Bytes lets players experience the dramatic introduction of the game where the nameless hero survives a shipwreck in a storm and lands on the shore of the Island of Faranga. Numerous decisions must be made within the course of the adventure, each one influencing the storyline in different ways. This already becomes quite evident in the demo version. The complete retail version of Risen, which will be available on the market as of tomorrow, will bring you the full game experience.
