The fifth instalment in the Games Central series of podcasts is now available for download via GamesIndustry.biz.

The latest episode is hosted as usual by veteran games journalist Tim Wapshott, with guests Ian Livingstone, product acquisition director at Eidos, and Rebellion's Jason Kingsley.

Topics under discussion this time include rising development costs, the need for more original content and the growth of social gaming.
