Aeria's latest free-to-play MMORPG launches its open beta; all welcome.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – September 23, 2010 – The battle cry has gone out, and all players are now welcome to test their mettle against Legendary Champions, the latest free-to-play MMORPG from Aeria Games. Open Beta Testing (OBT) has begun for the new title, allowing all players worldwide to download and play, leaping into battle alongside famed characters like Beowulf, Dracula, and King Arthur.

Legendary Champions is a fantasy MMORPG which pairs players with famous heroes and villains from history, mythology, and popular culture. Two in-game factions compete across solo quests and PvP battlefields, including DotA-style challenges, all including 60 iconic champions such as Mulan, Alexander the Great, and Sinbad. Like every game in Aeria’s catalog, Legendary Champions is free to play.
