Introducing the GamesIndustry.biz Academy Magazine

All our advice about finding a job in games available now in a 100+ page magazine

Ever since the inception of the GamesIndustry.biz Academy in January 2020, one of its core missions has remained to inform and guide the next generation of game developers, wherever their passion may lie.

We've been covering every key discipline of the games industry, from design to journalism, programming to marketing, and everything in between, as part of our 'How to get a job in games' series.

And it ties-in nicely with our new GamesIndustry.biz Jobs Board, which features hundreds of jobs across all sorts of different roles.

Articles from the 'How to get a job' series, and more, are now gathered in the debut issue of the GamesIndustry.biz Academy Magazine, which is available online, and soon to be distributed in physical format at upcoming events including EGX 2022.

You can read it via your browser. It is also embedded below and you can download it here.

Across 100+ pages, the magazine tackles all key game trades as well as advice on building your personal brand, how to stand out, job interviews, and more.

You can access the board at jobs.gamesindustry.biz -- it is free for job seekers to sign-up and join.
