Korean mobile publisher to launch on the Korean stock market later this month.

SEOUL, KOREA -- July 20th, 2009 -- GAMEVIL Inc., a leading mobile game publisher based in Seoul, Korea, filed to go public last April 2009, and will start trading in the KOSDAQ (Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotations) market from July 30th, 2009, as Tong Yang Securities will act as the sole manager for the offering.

GAMEVIL Inc., which was established in 2000, has generated 15.4 billion KRW in revenue with net profit of 5.3 billion KRW in 2008. GAMEVIL Inc. plans to offer 840,000 shares at 15,000 KRW per share to raise 12.6 billion KRW amount in its upcoming IPO.
