GamesAid charity announces company partners

Nintendo, SCEE, Eurogamer, Relentless and more sign up for industry charity

GamesAid has announced the first companies to join the Company Partnership Scheme and provide services and financial contributions to the growing UK charity.

Codemasters, Eurogamer, Fink Creative, Gem, Gem Creative, Intent Media, Logitech, Mastertronic, Nintendo, Osborne Clark, Relentless Software, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, The Producers and THQ have all signed up to the charity for children and young people.

"GamesAid is all about inclusiveness and raising awareness, whilst at the same time keeping our running costs as low as possible. This partnership scheme recognises those companies who have committed to help GamesAid by raising awareness and funds and also contributing services on a pro bono basis," commented Andy Payne, Chairman of GamesAid.

Forthcoming GamesAid events include a charity poker tournament at the Grosvenor Casino, Brighton, during the Develop Conference and Expo next month. Players can register for the event here.
