Gala Networks at gamescom

New project to be revealed in Cologne alongside Allods Online, Dragonica, Rappelz and Flyff.

DUBLIN, IRELAND - August 10, 2009 – Gala Networks Europe Ltd., the Dublin based publisher of free to play MMORPGs is proud to announce information about its line-up for GamesCom in Cologne this August. With strong growth across Europe in 2009 and expansion into English and Turkish markets, the gPotato.eu gaming portal has recently welcomed its two millionth user and will be present in the business area of GamesCom, in Hall 4, Stand B41, C40, showcasing its current and forthcoming lineup for 2009/2010.

Allods Online is the forthcoming fantasy space opera MMORPG, developed by Russia’s Astrum Nival. It will be on display for the media, giving them access to the game and introducing them to the world of Sarnaut and its fantasy setting, gameplay and an overview of Astral combat. Allods Online’s Producer will be present to demo the game and give interviews to selected media. The demo schedule for this highly anticipated MMORPG is very tight, so don’t hesitate to contact us right now to get a chance to play the game.

Dragonica is the arcade-style 3D sidescrolling MMORPG, developed by Korea’s Barunson Interactive. It will be on display, with information on the forthcoming new content that will be released at the end of this summer, including new features and high-level content.

Rappelz is the fantasy MMORPG, developed by nFlavor Corp. Players can raise and bring terrible creatures into battle and its Turkish version will be available to the Turkish media in attendance at the show. There will be also information released on the games expansion into new territories towards the end of 2009, with Polish and Italian versions being rolled out in the upcoming months.

Flyff is the free manga-style MMORPG, developed by Gala Group development studio Aeonsoft. Players can fly around the world of Madrigal and battle a wide variety of enemies. Information on the upcoming Act V expansion will be released to the media at the show.

In addition to these four games, a new project coming to the gPotato.eu portal in early 2010 will be announced shortly and demoed at the show.
