Eutechnyx appoints new executive producer

Peter Johnson to lead the company's push into character-driven titles

Eutechnyx has appointed Peter Johnson to the role of executive producer, to oversee the company's thrust into character-driven games.

Johnson joins the company with over 25 years of experience, including a five year stint at Venom Games where he was studio head.

"My primary role is to build upon that vehicle-based know-how in order to broaden the scope of the games we're producing," commented Johnson. "Our goal is to become not only the world leader in vehicle simulations but also a world leader in the development of character-based games."

Brian Jobling, managing director of Eutechnyx, added: "Peter is a great addition to the company and we're really happy to have him join our team."

"He brings a wealth of experience with him. Peter's attitude and knowledge complements what we're doing and we feel fortunate in having him contribute to the exciting projects we have in the pipeline."
