Mirror's Edge and The Lord of the Rings: Conquest available by direct internet injection.

BRISBANE, Calif. – January 20, 2009 – Direct2Drive, IGN Entertainment’s digital download store, today announced that two of Electronic Arts’ most-anticipated titles are available for digital download in conjunction with their retail store release. Mirror’s Edge and The Lord of the Rings: Conquest™ are now available digitally for purchase in North America on Direct2Drive ( http://www.direct2drive.com) and in Europe on Direct2Drive UK ( http://www.direct2drive.co.uk), joining other EA titles, such as Spore™, Warhammer® Online: Age of Reckoning® and Command and Conquer™: Red Alert™ 3, which are already available on the site.

With the addition of Mirror’s Edge and The Lord of the Rings: Conquest, Electronic Arts continues to contribute to Direct2Drive's AAA roster of leading game publishers that are making titles available for digital download.
