New pics released from Majesco's "hilarious" RPG, out in December.

EDISON, N.J., September 18, 2009 - The time has come for new heroes to stand tall and help return the Kingdom of Brimthule to its former glory. Majesco Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: COOL) today released 10 new screenshots from Dawn of Heroes for Nintendo DS™ A unique role-playing game (RPG), Dawn of Heroes combines classic RPG elements with hilarious dialogue, customizable questing parties, and a variety of locations. Additionally, the game features rich multiplayer action that allows players to build a community of heroes from all over the world. As shown in the screen shots, Dawn of Heroes also features breathtaking 3D graphics that really bring to life the massive world of Brimthule and showcase the unique look of its inhabitants.

Dawn of Heroes features a rich storyline that begins with the valiant warrior of Brimthule - King Leroy - sacrificing himself to save the kingdom's inhabitants. Leroy's demise causes the once great kingdom to be sectioned into baronies whilst being beset by curses, monsters and misfortunes. In order to bring the people back together, new heroes would be needed to rise up and challenge the realm's greatest foes. The time has come for the Dawn of Heroes.

In Dawn of Heroes, players are able to create their own party of heroes by selecting from over 25 playable classes within six unique factions. The heroes embark into a world filled with a multitude of dangerous enemies as they traverse through more than 50 missions with branching paths and varied side quests. Through the game's local and Wi-Fi multiplayer action, players are able to constantly optimize their parties for a different battle every time they seek a new challenge.

Dawn of Heroes for the Nintendo DS™ is expected to release this December.
