Cronous

Player versus Player channel added.

Santa Clara, Calif. - February 13, 2009 - Aeria Games' classic RPG Cronous is entering a new realm with the alteration to one of their channels into a Player versus Player (PvP) channel.

With this alternative style of play now available, players will have the option to engage one another in battle adding a entirely new element of strategy to Cronous.

The potential of a PvP channel has been discussed since shortly after Aeria's launch of Cronous. With the assistance of Lizard Entertainment, Aeria's production team is proud to present a long-awaited gaming feature.

PvP in Cronous is based around a Virtue system, where players range from Good to Evil depending on their Virtue ranking. As they decimate other players, they become increasingly more evil. Virtue points can be regained through killing monsters, paying an NPC or using a consumable item.
