Clark takes editor-in-chief role at Future

Shuffle at magazine publisher puts Binns in charge of more online titles

Specialist magazine publisher Future has promoted Tim Clark to editor-in-chief of its games portfolio.

Clark will oversee a range of games brands across print, online, disc and console, stepping up from his last role of editor-in-chief of the Official PlayStation Magazine.

James Binns, head of Edge Online and PC Gamer, now adds Gamesradar.com, CVG and the websites for the official Xbox and Nintendo magazines to his responsibilities. In addition, Graham Dalzell has been promoted to group art editor.

"The two new editorial appointments are an important strategic step for the Games portfolio," said Simon Maxwell, group publisher of the entertainment portfolio. "With the experience and expertise that Tim and Graham bring with them we will see our brands go from strength to strength and further cement their sector leading status."
