Mobile take on the board game, with a DS version planned too.

Berlin, October 15th 2008 – exozet games, a developer of high quality mobile games today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with GlobalFun to bring the mobile version of the highly popular board game “The Settlers of Catan” to Sony Ericsson portals (“Fun & Downloads”, “Play Now” and “Play Now Arena”) and several channels in EMEA, Latin America and North America.

There is hardly a board game award that the "Settlers of Catan" game, created by Klaus Teuber, has not won. This classic has a global fan community and has been translated into 25 languages over its last 13 successful years with more than 11 million copies sold worldwide. The award-winning mobile version of the game, "Catan -The First Island", is providing the same and exciting gaming fun but this time anytime, anywhere. exozet games is furthermore planning to release “Catan – The First Island” on Nintendo DS.
