The British Council has launched its annual search for young entrepreneurs from across the interactive entertainment industry, the short listed of which will travel to India to learn more about the interactive industry there, and be in with a chance of winning GBP 5000 to spend on a collaborative project with the Indian sector.

Applicants need to be aged 25-35 and have at least three years professional experience within an interactive industry, which includes multimedia, software, publishers, developers, marketing specialists and entertainment experts from a range of media types.

From the applications, a short list of six will be chosen and all will receive the opportunity to travel to India to take part in a two week study tour and attend the NASSCOM Animation & Gaming conference held in Hyderabad. One overall winner will then be decided on and awarded the GBP 5000 prize.
