Avanquest Click and Play range

PC game range to be bolstered by new additions from GameMill and Gogii Games.

Avanquest Software Publishing, one of the UK's leading consumer software and games publishers, is celebrating two new contract wins with leading casual games developers GameMill and Gogii Games as well as the recent re-signing of existing licensors iWin and MumboJumbo. The additional selection of new PC titles will bolster Avanquest’s already extensive Click and Play casual games portfolio and continue its tradition of bringing top quality products to market.

Gogii Games is one of the world’s leading casual games developers with over 100 million people playing their titles in the last year alone. Avanquest will be publishing some well known classics including Escape the Museum, Adventure Chronicles and Private Eye – Great Unsolved Mysteries. Every title signed to be part of the Click and Play range has been a top 10 hit in the online casual games charts ensuring Avanquest brings its customers the best selection available.

George Donovan, President of Gogii Games says, "Avanquest was the obvious choice when it came to choosing a republishing partner. Their retail expertise and channel presence will ensure we enjoy maximum distribution of our new games titles."

GameMill is the developer behind a whole host of best selling casual games and has an excellent reputation for delivering top performing titles including Buckingham Palace and The White House from the Hidden Mysteries™ series. Gary Miller, CEO of GameMill adds, “We’re delighted to have teamed up with Avanquest for the retail release of our hugely popular Hidden Mysteries games. Avanquest has done a fabulous job with the Click and Play casual games range and we’re confident that it can replicate this success with our great new titles.”

Simon Reynolds, European Games Director of Avanquest Software continues, “GameMill and Gogii Games came to Avanquest due to its reputation as a leading publisher in the casual games market. Our continued achievements and strong sales credentials demonstrate that we can deliver exceptional retail success for our republishing partners. Avanquest puts the needs of the customer and the licensor first, to offer a wide and varied range of casual games that are guaranteed to fulfil consumer demand and fly off the shelves.”

Additionally, existing partners iWin and MumboJumbo have re-signed Avanquest to publish further casual titles following on from previous successes. New games such as Jewel Quest 3, Mah Jong Quest 3, 7 Wonders: Treasures of Seven and Samantha Swift and the Roses of Athena have been assigned to Avanquest due to the popularity of previous releases, which include Jewel Quest 2, JoJo’s Fashion Show, Mysteryville 2 and Build-A-Lot.

“Continuing and strengthening a relationship with an existing developer is very rewarding. iWin and MumboJumbo have entrusted us with further new titles as we have proved that we can do a great job and deliver high levels of success,” comments Debbie Hives, Marketing Manager of Avanquest Software. “This can be seen when looking on Chart-Track, where two of our recently released PC titles, Jewel Quest Mysteries and Mystery Stories, debuted at number one.”
