Following last week's successful North American launch at DigitalLife in New York, Fire announces that the Xploder HDTV Player for PlayStation 2 is now available to purchase from www.xploder.net
Consumers are now able to order both the PAL and NTSC versions of one of the most talked about PS2 accessories from www.xploder.net
In addition leading retailers across the UK, Europe and North America will be receiving shipments of the product over the next few weeks - further details of retail availability will follow.
The Xploder HDTV Player allows users to choose from HD modes (480p, 720p and 1080i) by scrolling through the options via an easy to use on-screen interface. Users can also now select the additional 576p mode which has been added for use with HDTVs with limited Aspect Ratio controls. Once selected the screen image can be positioned for optimum playback, and then by simply swapping out the HDTV disc for the game and selecting 'start' the game will play in the desired mode. Compatible with 95% of all games, Xploder HDTV Player delivers an exciting new dimension to PS2 gaming.
