WorldWinner and AOL Extend Partnership to Provide Tournaments on AOL Games Properties

TORONTO - April 5, 2007 - FUN Technologies Inc. (TSX:FUN) (AIM:FUN) today announced that its WorldWinner ( www.worldwinner.com) subsidiary has renewed its agreement with AOL LLC (formerly America Online, Inc.) to provide skill-based cash and prize, and other tournaments on AOL Games ( http://games.aol.com) and Games.com ( http://games.com)[1]. Under the terms of the agreement, WorldWinner will develop a customized, co-branded site where AOL players can compete against thousands of players in the WorldWinner network.

The customized site will feature WorldWinner's complete game offerings, including popular casual titles such as SCRABBLE® Cubes, Solitaire, Bejeweled 2 and Luxor. In addition to WorldWinner skill-based cash and other prize competitions, AOL Games® will feature a selection of casual games from Teagames.com, FUN's free, Flash-based casual games site. Teagames' catchy titles, including TG Motocross 2, Pitch'n' Putt Golf and Alpine Freestyle, attract more than five million unique visitors per month from 19 countries worldwide.[2]
