Women's Murder Club: Twice in a Blue Moon

Third in sleuth series available for PC download now.

NEW YORK, LONDON - September 15, 2009 - I-play, Oberon Media's publishing division and the world's leading multi-platform casual games publisher, today announced Women's Murder Club: Twice in a Blue Moon is now available for PC download. Marking the third game in the franchise, Twice in a Blue Moon is an original story based on James Patterson's wildly successful Women's Murder Club series. Arriving in the midst of success from its predecessors, this title brings fans another thrilling mystery game in a series that has already generated more than 15 million downloads since it first launched in 2008.

In Women's Murder Club: Twice in a Blue Moon, players assume the roles of Lindsay Boxer, Claire Washburn and Cindy Thomas as they combine their expertise and talents to catch a serial killer before he strikes again. In the most authentic James Patterson experience to date, players will be left trembling as they look for clues and unravel mysteries in more than 50 levels, including 25 chilling locations, 27 challenging puzzles and nine unsettling investigations.

"The online games have truly brought the Women's Murder Club series to life in a way that could not be achieved by any other medium," said Patterson. "It has been incredibly gratifying to see how well the first two games have been received. I know this next chapter will bring fans even more delight."

"It's easy to see why the Women's Murder Club series has been one of I-play's most successful franchises." said Don Ryan, chief operating officer at Oberon Media. "The 15 million downloads this franchise has generated in just over a year, shows that fans can't get enough of James Patterson's thrilling stories and bone-chilling twists."

James Patterson has sold over 170 million books worldwide and has more New York Times #1 best sellers than any other author in history. He has also written more best sellers in different genres than any other author; young adult adventures, romances, fantasy, non-fiction, historical fiction, as well as his trademark mystery thrillers that include Alex Cross and The Women's Murder Club, respectively the #1 and #2 best-selling detective series in the US over the last 15 years.
