WHO IS ATTENDING GAME CONNECTION @ GDC?

Lyon, France - February 26, 2007 - Connection Events, a leading video game business event producer, announced today the final list of exhibitors which will be attending Game Connection @ GDC 2007. Game Connection enables professional meetings between developers and publishers in regards to the creation and the financing of video games. GDC 2007 will see 104 companies that will be exhibiting for over 85 buyers in private meetings. These buyers schedule multiple meetings each day and often sign several new developer's titles.

"Game Connection was really successful for us. We went as an experiment, and made contacts we simply never would have otherwise. The end result was signing a multi-SKU original IP with a top publishing partner. Overall a great experience," said Chris Charla from Foundation IX.

This year Game Connection and GDC are closer than ever as they will both take place at the same location making it more practical for attendees to participate while at the Conference. Game Connection @ GDC will take place from March 5-6 and Game Connection Services will take place on March 8-9. Both events will be held at Moscone Center in San Francisco in the South Hall. Stay tuned for tomorrow's news as the list of exhibitors for Game Connection Services will be reveled for the first time ever.

About Connection Events

Created in July 2006, the company is a spin-off of Lyon Game, which initially launched Game Connection Europe. Game Connection is a business convention for the video game industry, taking place in Lyon (France) in December, San Francisco(California, USA) in March during the Game Developers Conference, and in Asia. Game Connection provides several different services, all geared toward the same goals: matchmaking between developers, network building and enhancement, and examination of projects and companies.
